What If I need to Cancel?
We understand that plans can change. For this reason, we strive to work with you to address any cancellations or last minute schedule adjustments that may happen.
Our cancellation policy reflects the need for the EOEP to be able to recover any costs that they incur due to last minute cancellations, while trying to minimize the financial impact on participants for cancellations made with plenty of notice. The policy is as follows:
One month or more, full refund.
Two weeks or less, $75 administration fee
One week prior, a 50% administration fee
Less than one week or no-show is no refund
*Exceptions may be made on a case by case basis for the courses being offered in Camrose, Lacombe and Grande Prairie as they are be held so soon after the elections
